Return Policy

At Maui Treasures Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at cecilia@mauitreauresboutique.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds for Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
